GAIA guarantees all our products for 6 months against manufacturer defects.

Return Policy

- Return unused products within 30 days from Date of Purchase
     (invoice date). 
- Include original invoice and a return authorization number provided by
     customerservice@gaiacustom.com.
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging with garment tags intact.
- Used products may only be returned in cases of product defects
     (not misuse) and a return authorization number must be requested from
     customerservice@gaiacustom.com.
- Return authorization codes must be displayed on the outside packaging of
     all customer returns.
- GAIA guarantees all products against defects in workmanship.
- Defective garments will be repaired or replaced at GAIA's expense.
- Products deemed defective due to improper care or use are void from
     warranty.

Use GAIA's Return Address label.
Clearly mark all returns with “RETURN OF CANADIAN GOODS” on the
     outside packaging below our address.
