Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order, and the speed of the service you choose.Most of our items weigh in at 250g, with cleats and bags being the main exceptions.
7 Business Days - $10.95 for the first 1000g, and $1.00 for each additional 250g thereafter
5 Business Days - $14.95 for the first 1000g, and $1.50 for each additional 250g thereafter
3 Business Days - $29.95 for the first 1000g, and $2.00 for each additional 250g thereafter

Warranty
GAIA guarantees its products against defect resulting from normal use. Items with product defects from normal use, where the items was cared for as recommended by GAIA, can be returned within 180 days from the date of purchase on the original invoice. GAIA will choose to repair or replace, at it's sole discretion, any products qualifying as a legitimate warranty and will return the products to the consumer within 4 weeks of registering the goods as returned.
If you believe your item(s) to be defective, please contact a GAIA customer servicerepresentative to request a return authorization number. We recommend discussing the problem with an explanation and/or pictures to determine whether a defect has occurred. customerservice@gaiacustom.com
