Our Fabrics
FLOtech II Fabrics are the next generation of technical microfiber with improved airflow and wicking properties. These fabrics have an anti-microbial finish to ensure freshness, as well as spandex to increase mobility. FLOtech II fabrics are comfortable, durable, and pull resistant. Our cotton fabrics are soft, durable, and fit the needs of every lifestyle.
FLOtech II - FLYweight (5% spandex/95% polyester, 159g/m2, anti-microbial)
- Weighing a mere 159g per square meter, this fabric is one of the lightest on the market.
- FLYweight fabric is best suited for summer apparel or as a first layer in spring or fall.
FLOtech II - MIDweight (5% spandex/95% polyester, 180g/m2, anti-microbial)
- MIDweight fabric has an endless utility as a first on second layer piece in spring, summer, or fall.

- HEAVYweight fabric has a flat interlock weave with a subtle shine.
- Double-brushed inside creates an unparalleled softness - perfect for pre and post game warm-ups.
FLOstretch Fabric (13% spandex/87% nylon, 312g/m2, anti-microbial)
- FLOstretch combines technical microfiber performance with the comfort of cotton and the support of spandex.
- FLOstretch is perfect for use as a first or second layer training piece.
POWERtwill (60% memory polyester/40% polyester, 179g/m2, anti-microbial, durable water repellency [DWR] Treated)
- POWERtwill's tight weave and DWR finish repels both water and wind despite it's breathability and light comfortable feel.
- Double brushed for softness and comfort and is the perfect compliment to our portfolio of knit fabrics.
- POWERtwill is for all weather conditions.
Cotton Jersey (100% Cotton, 180g/m2/8oz)
- GAIA uses only the highest grade 100% cotton fabrics in all of its basic and lifestyle pieces.
- A classic jersey weave, thin enough for fashion but thick enough for durability and comfort.
- Featured in all of the short sleeve and long sleeve cotton tees.
Cotton Fleece (100% Cotton, 320g/m2/12oz)
- GAIA uses only the highest grade 100% cotton fabrics in all of its basic and lifestyle pieces.
- This double brushed cotton is super soft and comfortable.
