Better Fulfillment Process: Producing full custom team and event gear is very challenging because it requires a nearly perfect supply chain, with sales, customer service, production and external shipping companies to work together in a very short time frame. GAIA has spent the past ten years perfecting this process to ensure quality and on time delivery of custom gear within 4 weeks, guaranteed (see guarantee below).

Better Customer Service: We are very experienced in the custom gear process, we clearly understand your needs and concerns and are therefore able to better guide you through the pleasures and pitfalls inherent to custom production.

Guaranteed Ship Date: Your custom order will be shipped within 4 weeks of confirming your final order details, shipments exceeding this 4 week period will qualify for a discount equal to 10% per week that it is shipped late.
Disclaimer on Delivery Date: GAIA ships all orders using UPS, a very reliable shipping company. However, on occasion some delays may occur while crossing international borders. Please consider this fact and the nature of our guarantee and make your order in sufficient advance to protect against factory and shipping delays. For example, if you require your order for an event that occurs in 4 or 5 weeks from your order date, custom production may not be the best choice for you.
