FLOtech Performance Fabrics
FLYweight
115g/m, 100% FLOtech Polyester
One of the lightest, best wicking, most breathable, almost indestructible and therefore the most highly coveted performance fabrics. FLYweight does not pull or pill or lose its color. The subtle waffle texture gives this fabric a technical look.
If you are looking for an ultra thin and breathable fabric for hot summer activities, this is your fabric.
Recommended for:
Tanks, Short or long sleeve shirts, or summer hoody.
PROmesh
105g/m, 96% FLOtech Polyester mesh with 4% spandex
Insanely light and hyper-breathable mesh used for venting of second layer pieces. Very soft handed fabric that will also work well for mesh style custom shirts. Due to mesh knit, sublimation designs with intricate detail are better suited to other fabrics.
Recommended for:
Vented panels, tank tops.
SILKtouch
145g/m2, 100% FLOtech Polyester
Light and breathable, combining performance with a nice silky smooth finish. This fabric is best for temperatures below 25C/80F. For hot summer heat, try our FLYweight fabric.
This very durable fabric does not pull, pill or lose its color. We recommend this fabric for sublimation due to its smooth texture to optimize the clarity of your sublimated art, graphics and numbers.
Recommended for:
Tanks, short or long sleeve shirts and polos, shorts and summer hoody.
PROstretch
180g/m2, 92% FLOtech Polyester/8% Spandex
A thin performance fabric ideally suited for shorts and athletic/form-fit long sleeve shirts. The 8% Spandex provides multi-directional stretch that increases range of motion and a free feeling that cannot be matched by fabrics without Spandex. It has a very similar feel to our SILKtouch fabric, slightly heavier and with 4-way stretch. As with all GAIA Fabrics, PROstretch has been engineered to be durable and it will not pull, pill or lose its colour. It has a soft touch and subtle shine.
*Order one size smaller than your typical size for a more form-fit.
Recommended for:
Tanks, long sleeve shirts, shorts or summer hoody. Neck tubes and headbands.
ELASTIflex
260g/m, 86% FLOtech Polyester with 14% Spandex
A compression poly-spandex fabric with multi-directional stretch performance, excellent support for working muscles, subtle shine and excellent durability. ELASTIflex fabric does not pull or pill or lose its color.
Recommended for:
Stretch performance pieces such as our tights and capri tights.
THERMAsoft
280g/m, 92% FLOtech Polyester, 8% Nylon with brushed lining.
A heavyweight fabric with feather soft brushed liner, a soft hand, subtle shine and excellent durability. THERMAsoft fabric does not pull or pill or lose its color. Warm up pieces make the perfect second layer piece for training, team uniforms or as an official merchandise item at your next event.
Recommended for:
Layer pieces such as our 1/4 zip up, full zip warmup jackets or pants.
THERMAflex
240g/m, 88% FLOtech Polyester, 4% Lycra, 8% Nylon with brushed lining.
A heavyweight fabric with feather soft brushed liner, a soft hand, subtle shine, a bit of stretch and excellent durability. THERMAflex fabric does not pull or pill or lose its color. Warm up pieces make the perfect second layer piece for training, team uniforms or as an official merchandise item at your next event.

FYLON Windstopper
110g/m, 100% FLOtech Polyester weave
A hyperlight woven polyester fabric has no stretch and is used for wind protection apparel. This fabric weighs just grams and packs into nothing. It is a great wind protection piece to provide warmth and wind protection on cool summer days. It is highly durable, cost effective and takes up no room in your bag!
Recommended for:
Wind protection panels in wind vest and windbreaker jackets.
XCELL Weatherstopper
420g/m, 100% FLOtech Polyester Softshell (with Brushed lining)
A heavyweight fabric with multi-directional performance, a soft hand, subtle shine and excellent durability. It is recommended for our softshell jackets.
