Can I get help with my custom order?

Absolutely! Just email info@GAIAcustom.com and we will be happy to help you through the custom process and answer any questions that you may have.

Can I order samples?

Yes. Samples are $9.95 per item, plus $9.95 for shipping (for up to two pieces). Each additional item is $2.50 for shipping. All samples are fully refundable if returned and unworn. Shipping is non-refundable.

The best way to ensure the correct fit is to visit our fit guide. Compare the chest measurement of your favourite shirt to our fit guide measurements.  We always make our sizes on specification.   

 

Don't know your chest size? Lay your current shirt VERY flat on a table (no wrinkles) then measure the chest width under the armpits, multiply x2 to get circumference. 

Will GAIA's printing conform to my association's uniform standards?

Most likely, however it is your responsibility to confirm your uniform requirements (if applicable) and to confirm these requirements with your sales or customer service prior to ordering.

Why do I have to order a minimum of 12 pieces?

In order to be an efficient producer of custom garments, we can't produce less than 12 at one time. If you don't need 12 pieces, consider using the extras for future members of your team or organization or sell to a family or friend that supports your group. Please note that for our casual apparel program (cottons) the order minimum is 24. In some cases we may be able to produce less than 12 pieces per style. Please contact us for details.

Can I order 6 mens pieces and 6 womens pieces?

Yes, as long as it is the same style any combination of mens and womens pieces can be combined to meet your order minimum.

Can I order less than 12 pieces per style?

For some styles and in some cases we may be able to produce less than 12 pieces per style. Please contact info@GAIAcustom.com 

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

No. Once final details of your order have been confirmed you cannot alter your order in any way. Consequently, please consider ordering extra apparel pieces to ensure that you can adequately meet the needs of your group. Additional new orders/re-orders are subject to the 12 piece minimum.

Can I cancel my order?

All GAIA orders are 100% customized gear made to your specifications. Please be aware that after we submit your order to production you cannot alter your order in any way, or cancel your order. Please refer to our Timing & Production guide for further details.

Timelines, Shipping & Taxes

How long does it take to receive my custom order?

Your custom order will ship within 4 weeks of confirming your final order details and upon receipt of payment, plus 4-7 business days in transit. This applies globally.

 

Need it faster? RUSH production* is available, but needs to be confirmed with your sales person at time of order due to limited avaiability.

  • RUSH (add $3/unit) - Ships in < 3 weeks, plus 4-7 business days in transit.

  • SUPER RUSH (add $6/unit) - Ships in < 2 weeks, plus 4-7 business days in transit.

 

How much is shipping?

We ship globally with prices as follows: 

  • $2.50 per item. Based on a 12-100 item order. Minimum is $30.00 per order or $2.50/per item whichever is higher.
  • For larger orders over 100 items volume discounts apply. Please contact us for a quote.

What taxes and duties will apply to my order?

GST or HST is applied to all Canadian orders. Orders outside Canada and the US may be subject to local sales tax, however any applicable import duties are paid for by GAIA.

How do I know my size?

Can I order samples?

How should I care for my custom apparel?

All custom apparel should be washed inside out, in cold water, with like coloured items and then hung to dry. Garments should be removed from the washing machine as soon as possible after completion of the washing cycle. This will preserve the technical features, colour and print clarity and protect your other clothing items from potential running of colours and ink.

What happens if something is wrong with my order after it arrives?

If a problem, omission or miss-communication happens you should contact us at customerservice@GAIAcustom.com to discuss. Most problems that occur during custom production are minor in nature, meaning that they do not impact the overall appearance or function of the garment. In most cases, we will request your understanding and offer you a coupon or retroactive discount that more than compensates you for the error. However, if the problem is of pervasive nature we may request that you return the goods and we will remake your order.

What is GAIA's warranty policy?

All GAIA custom products carry a 90 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If you suspect a defect in your product, please contact GAIA directly at customerservice@GAIAcustom.com.
