Measurement Instructions

• Chest: Take your favorite sports shirt, lay it VERY flat on a table (no wrinkles!).  Measure the chest width under the armpits and multiply x2 for circumference.  Compare to the chart below to find the best fit.  

• Waist: Measure around the narrowest point with a loose tape, keeping the tape horizontal.

• Height: Measure from the crown to the floor, standing against a wall. No shoes.

General Recommendations

If you are usually a size medium a size medium GAIA will generally fit you. If your body measurement is between two sizes, go to the lower size for a tighter fit or the higher size for a looser fit.

If you are still unsure which size to order we can send you sizing samples for short sleeve jerseys and shorts. Each sample is $9.95, plus $9.95 shipping (for up to two samples). Each additional sample over two is $2.50 for shipping. All samples are fully refundable if returned and in new condition. Shipping is non-refundable.
