To help get us on the right track consider these 3 easy steps to get you on your way to a great design.

1) Find a cool hi-res background image - use keyword search on google or photo sites such as shutterstock.com, istockphoto.com to find a good hi resolution background (a .jpg) and or a logo vector based (.AI). Send us the URL so we can inspect first and ensure you get the correct, it needs to be hi res! Try adding keywords such as "grunge", "background" and "your color choice" to enhance your keyword search. Make sense?

2) Create a logo - same process as in 1) but add the keyword "illustration" to ensure that your search results will be in vector (not bitmap) format so that we can scale and/or recolor if necessary. If you already have a logo, please attached it to the email that you send to us.

3) Choose a font for your names, numbers & team name - go to dafont.com and send us the URL of the font you like so we can download it.

Yes. Samples are charged at the 6+ rate per item, plus $9.95 for shipping (for up to two pieces). Each additional item is $2.50 for shipping. All samples are fully refundable if returned and unworn. Shipping is non-refundable.

We are happy to ship you samples, HOWEVER, the absolute best way to ensure that you order the correct size is to visit our fit guide. Compare the chest measurement of your favourite shirt to our fit guide measurements. We always make our sizes on specification.

Don't know your chest size? Lay your current shirt VERY flat on a table (no wrinkles) then measure the chest width under the armpits, multiply x2 to get circumference.

We certainly can, however it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to confirm your custom uniform requirements (if applicable) and to confirm these requirements with your sales or customer service prior to ordering.

Yes, as long as it is the same style any combination of mens and womens pieces can be combined to meet an order quantity to receive the applicable price discount.

No. Once the final details of your order have been confirmed you cannot alter your order in any way. Consequently, please consider ordering extra apparel pieces to ensure that you can adequately meet the needs of your group. Additional new orders/re-orders are subject to the quantity price shown on the respective product page.

All GAIA orders are 100% customized gear made to your specifications. Please be aware that after we submit your order to production you cannot alter your order in any way, or cancel your order.

Yes, we offer team stores for orders of 50 or more items (total).

This is how it works:

- We create a custom branded store on the GAIA website with 3D mockups of your styles and designs, and send you a link to access the page (e.g. www.GAIAcustom.com/yourteamname)

- Your members purchase the items until a designated store closing date

- We provide a report of total orders and you can top up the order with additional items to qualify for price breaks at available at quantity threshold shown on the product page

- The final order quantities are recorded on an order form for your review, pricing is based on total quantities per style LESS a 3% credit card processing fee charged by the credit card companies

- We ship all items to a designated address by FEDEX for FREE where a team admin can organize distribution.
